4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process: Orders are placed through our online checkout system. Upon completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your purchase details. Please review this confirmation for accuracy.

4.2 Payment: All payments must be made at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on our website. Prices are displayed in Guyana Dollars and taxes, shipping, and handling fees will be calculated at checkout. Failure to pay may result in the cancellation of your order.

4.3 Order Acceptance: HM Holdings Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued for any payments made.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping: Shipping charges will be calculated and presented at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the Materials ordered.

5.2 Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on location and availability of Materials. Estimated delivery dates will be provided but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as transportation disruptions or customs clearance.

5.3 Risk of Loss: All Materials purchased from HM Holdings Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss or damage to Materials passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during shipping, should HM Holdings Inc. have been responsible for the shipping provider. Returns due to damage during shipping is not applicable if the customer is responsible for the shipping provider.
- The product does not match the order (wrong item delivered).

6.2 Return Procedure: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be required to provide proof of the issue (e.g., photos of damage). Approved returns will be eligible for replacement or refund.

6.3 Non-Returnable Items: Custom or special orders, including customized slabs or tiles, are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping, given that HM Holdings Inc. was responsible for the shipping provider. Returns due to damage during shipping is not applicable if the customer is responsible for the shipping provider.

7. Product Warranty

HM Holdings Inc. offers no warranties, express or implied, on the natural variations in the color, veining, or pattern of stone products. Any warranties provided are limited to those explicitly offered by the manufacturers of the materials, if applicable.
