We source our materials from a variety of places, including Turkey, India and China. We have spent years refining our inventory to provide only the best possible quality materials from suppliers around the world so that you, the customer, can be sure you get what you expect.
We do offer a delivery service for a fee. This fee varies depending on where you need delivery done. Please contact us for a quote.
Currently, we only accept cash, cheque and wire payments. We are working to provide more options.
While we do not offer cutting services at this time, we're happy to make recommendations on how to get your slab custom cut to the size you need! Contact us for more information.
Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions: - The product is damaged during shipping, should HM Holdings Inc. have been responsible for the shipping provider. Returns due to damage during shipping is not applicable if the customer is responsible for the shipping provider. - The product does not match the order (wrong item delivered). Return Procedure: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be required to provide proof of the issue (e.g., photos of damage). Approved returns will be eligible for replacement or refund. Non-Returnable Items: Custom or special orders, including customized slabs or tiles, are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping, given that HM Holdings Inc. was responsible for the shipping provider. Returns due to damage during shipping is not applicable if the customer is responsible for the shipping provider.
